If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging with all accessories included.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select 'Request Return' next to your order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack Your Item

  Securely place the device in its original box with all manuals, cables, and the printed RMA slip.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and attach it to the exterior of the package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
